Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment. At Kallistos House Aesthetics Clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and care. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation terms below: No Refunds: All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any services once a booking has been made. Mole Screening Service: Please note that the mole screening service is provided by an independent external provider. As such, no refunds will be issued for this service under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or missed appointments. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept that it is carried out by a third-party professional. It is not a deposit or part payment for any other service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service booked. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the booked service. These policies help us provide efficient care to all clients and ensure availability for those on our waiting list. By making a booking, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms.
