Kallistos House is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all employees. Any form of violence, aggression, intimidation Harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

This organization enforces a zero tolerance policy against any form of violence or threats directed at its employees. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical assault or aggressive behavior

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation

  • Harassment of any kind

  • Any conduct that creates a hostile, unsafe, or disrespectful work environment

Scope:
This policy applies to everyone who interacts with our staff, including:

  • Customers/clients

  • Employees

  • Contractors

  • Visitors

  • Vendors

Right to Cancel Services:
In the event of any abusive, threatening, or violent behavior toward staff, [Company Name] reserves the right to cancel any existing or future appointments, bookings, or services without refund. This action may be taken immediately and without warning at the discretion of management.

Reporting and Enforcement:
All incidents must be reported immediately to a manager, supervisor, or Human Resources. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and respond promptly. Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the premises

  • Permanent termination of service

  • Involvement of law enforcement if required

Staff Support:
We prioritize the well-being of our team. Employees affected by violence or abuse will have access to support services, including counseling or assistance through our [Employee Assistance Program (EAP), if applicable].
